We have two Pipes manufacturing units. Zenith's Mill no.1 is capable of manufacturing pipes from 1/2" (15mm) to 3" (80mm) dia and also square section of 25 x 25 up to 63 x 63 and rectangular section from 60 x 40 and 80 x 40. The production line at Khopoli manufacturing these pipes has a mill & a slitting line form MANNESMANNMEER AG, along with a 250 KW welder from Siemens, Butt Welding equipment from Hugo MIEBACH GmbH; all machinery is from world-known German Companies. Mill no.2 is capable of manufacturing pipes from 3" to 8" and 80mm x 80mm to 150mm x 150mm (Square and Rectangular Hollow Sections). Plant is fabricated by Maschinen and Aparatebau, Seuthe Hemer, Germany, with High Frequency Welder of 300 KW from Electro-heating (U.K), Butt Welding Machine from Guild Metal Joining Equipments, USA. All other balancing equipments, like the End Chamfering machine is from Teledyne Landis, Germany, Hydro testing from Youngstown Engg., Ohio (USA) and two hot-dip Galvanising plants from Walter Korner, Germany.
