Zenith's quality control laboratory is well equipped with modern facilities for testing the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of basic raw material, components and chemicals, required for galvanising as also equipment for inspection and testing of pipes. Testing Equipments For Chemical Analysis: 1) Automatic Absorption Spectrometer. 2) Carbon Sulphur Determinator ( STROHLEIN Apparatus ) 3) Complete Chemical Laboratory for testing Steel, Zinc and Chemicals. For Metallurgical Testing: 1) Microscope with Photographic Attachments. For Mechanical Testing: 1)Universal Testing Machine 2) Hardness tester. 3) Hydraulic Press. 4) Pipe Bending Machine. For Non Destructive Testing: 1)In line Eddy current testing units on both mills for 100 % inspection. For Metrological Testing: 1) Snap, Slip, Ring & Plug Gauges. 2) Dead Weight Type Pressure Gauge Tester. |
