All the activities of the Company including welfare of its employees were closely looked after by the Group Chairman, Late Shri Ashok Birla,one of the leading industrialist of the country. Fate snatched away Shri. Ashok Birla at the prime of his life and deprived the Group and his employees of his dynamic and benevolent Leadership. The heavy burden of carrying forward the flag of the Group fell on Shri Yashovardhan Birla at a very young age of 23 years. He successfully took up the challenge and has further promoted various industries.
